Your contracts never leave your computer.

JurisAi runs entirely on your machine. We don't have a cloud you upload to. There is no server in the loop. You can verify it by pulling out your ethernet cable.

The proof

The proof is simple.

Open Word. Open JurisAi. Disconnect your computer from the internet. Ask the panel any question about the document. It will answer.

That can only happen if the AI model is on your machine — which it is. No other AI-for-lawyers product can pass this test.

Access

Who can see your data.

You
Always. The contract is on your machine. You can read it, edit it, delete it.
JurisAi staff
Never. We do not operate a server that processes your contracts. There is nothing for us to look at.
Microsoft
Only what you tell Word — the same as any other Word document. JurisAi doesn't change Microsoft's relationship with you.
Third-party AI providers
Never. No Google, no OpenAI, no Anthropic, no Mistral. We don't relay your prompts to a cloud model. The model is local.
Compliance

Compatible with the regimes you already work under.

"Compatible by design" — not "certified by". We make no certification claim we haven't earned. But the architecture is built to fit cleanly inside the regimes your firm answers to.

GDPR (EU/UK)

No personal data leaves the EU/UK because no personal data leaves your machine. No data controller / processor relationship exists between you and us for contract content.

SRA (England & Wales)

Client confidentiality is preserved because the AI processing happens entirely within your firm's IT boundary.

HIPAA (US healthcare)

PHI in contracts stays on your machine. No covered entity / business associate agreement with us is required for contract content.

Your jurisdiction

If it requires that confidential client matter not leave a designated environment, JurisAi's local-only design satisfies it by default. We're happy to walk through your specific framework — email info@thejurisai.com.

EULA

The full EULA.

Every JurisAi installation shows the End User License Agreement on first launch. It restates everything on this page in legal form, plus the "not legal advice" disclaimer. Read it inside the plugin or request the PDF.
